北京时间2018年11月6日，鼎益丰年度嘉行盛典在深圳湾春茧体育馆隆重举办。现场来自全球各地的政界、商界、文化界的上万名精英名流，以及通过线上直播观看本场盛典的数百万热心“鼎粉”，共同见证了这场无与伦比的华夏礼乐盛宴！

本届年会由鼎益丰集团主办，由集团旗下知崇文化团队全面策划、统筹，历经两个多月精心准备，以“熙和鼎实·大象有丰”为主题。“熙和”意为和睦、快乐、温暖，“大象”为上天之象，上天之道，年会主题完美彰显了鼎益丰当前发展状况，蕴含了中华传统文化中最美好的祝福。

盛典分为“大道无名”“大方无隅”“大美无争”“大音希声”四个篇章，时长为4个小时，一场美轮美奂、卓而不群的文化盛宴，将源远流长的中华传统文化演绎得精彩绝伦。

本场引爆全场的节目当属由马小秋倾情演绎的《道》，这个节目以全新的形式，由《凌云一笑》、《道德经》Rap、《相信自己》串烧而成，马小秋在舞台上三次换装，现场掌声雷动。马小秋表示，这样一个节目用不拘泥于传统的表达方式，告诉”道“虽表现形式不同，但一直都在心中，这个节目把鼎益丰人奋勇争先、自信从容的精神状态表现的淋漓尽致。

Ding Yi Feng annual carnival was held ceremoniously in Spring Cocoon Gymnasium at Shenzhen Bay on November 6^th, 2018 (Beijing time). Tens of thousands of political, commercial and cultural elites and celebrities from all over the world, as well as millions of enthusiastic “Ding fans” who watched the event live online, witnessed the unparalleled Chinese ritual and music feast together.

Sponsored by Ding Yi Feng Group and planned and coordinated by the team of Zhichong Culture under the Group, this annual meeting was prepared carefully for more than two months and its theme was “Merry Climax • Great Form”. “Merry Climax” refers to harmony, happiness and warmth, and “Great Form” refers to the form of Heaven and Tao of Heaven. The theme of this annual meeting perfectly reflected the current development situation of Ding Yi Feng and implied the best wishes contained in traditional Chinese culture.

Tens of thousands of audience at the scene

The carnival lasted for four hours and was divided into four sections, i.e. “Tao without Name”, “Largest Square without Corner”, “Great Beauty at Peach” and “Great Music with Faintest Notes”. A fantastic, excellent and unrivaled cultural feast fully interpreted the long-standing and well-established Chinese traditional culture.

The emcee team of the carnival was led by Zhichong Culture. Dong Chao and Jiaqian, the presenters of Shenzhen Satellite TV, were specially invited as hosts. Besides, Liang Yingjia of Ding Yi Feng Group, Liu Xinyi and English host Chen Shuhui also presided over the carnival.

Tao without Name

The great Tao has no shape, mercy or name.

Under the huge countdown figure and dazzling lighting show on the stage, tens of thousands of guests were plunged into excitement and surprise to experience the unique welcoming ceremony of ancient oriental China. Under the heartbreaking everlasting drum and bell sound, emcees and senior management team entered the city slowly and Sui Guangyi (Chairman of Board of Directors of Ding Yi Feng Group) and Ma Xiaoqiu (President of Ding Yi Feng Group) stepped on the stage.

Sui Guangyi, Ma Xiaoqiu and many elites of Ding Yi Feng recited Tao Te Ching in the center of the stage. The atmosphere at scene was magnificent and their voice was like a great bell. This program was full of unique elements and charm of Chinese traditional culture. It vividly depicted Ding Yi Feng’s corporate culture tradition of reading Tao Te Ching every morning over the years, and shocked the hearts of every guest.

Tens of thousands of guests were welcome with the highest courtesy – line dance – for their presence at the annual meeting. Chairman Sui Guangyi and President Ma Xiaoqiu went out of the city to welcome guests and friends from all over the world with their greatest sincerity. After all guests and friends took their seats, dance accompanied by music started. The standard of “Six-Line Dance” was adopted for this carnival. Each horizontal line and vertical line had six dancers respectively, thus there were 36 dancers in total. All dancers wore Chinese ancient clothes and held feather in their right hands and Yue (one kind of Chinese ancient musical instrument similar to flute) in their left hands. They made different postures which fully displayed the beauty of etiquette, embodied the hospitability, enthusiasm and sincerity of Ding Yi Feng and warmly welcomed guests and friends from all over the world!

After the dancers walked off the stage, golden dragon dance was performed on the stage. With such an opening dance called “Winning Instant Success”, the carnival kicked off officially.

Largest Square without Corner

The largest square has no border, boundary or frontier.

Sui Guangyi came onto the stage and delivered his welcoming speech under magnificent artistic atmosphere. First of all, he expressed his heartfelt thanks to tens of thousands of guests for their arrival and extended his good wishes for them. He said in his speech, “Ding Yi Feng will continue to abide by its commitment, uphold its social responsibility concept of ‘Promoting industry and helping all people’, sublimate Chinese business ethics, forge the backbone of national industrial brand, and become national boutique with worldwide reputation and a respectable world-class enterprise.”

Then Ma Xiaoqiu came onto the stage and made a passionate speech. She learned a lot of feelings that she gained from a new song called Hero. She said, “It’s sung in the song that ‘no loud cry for so long, because I’m too tired to cry or I chock it down; when I count down my future unknown days, I wonder if they’re tough or lonely’. With such profound connotations, we feel energized. When I recalled those days when Ding Yi Feng was newly founded, that period was really tough. But nowadays everyone of Ding Yi Feng is fighting day and night for the Chinese dream and for the future. We are the heroes at the moment. We are our own heroes.”

Great Beauty at Peace

Great beauty has no name, gain or dispute.

The miracle development of Ding Yi Feng Group is inseparable from the selfless dedication and tenacious enterprising of the people of Ding Yi Feng. In order to sum up the past and inspire the future, annual award presentation was specially arranged at this annual meeting. In this section, besides the previous three awards (Fengyun List, Qingyun List and Lingyun List), another two new awards (Model Collective and Cultural Creativity) were added this year.

Model Collective Award was won by CPC Party Branch of Ding Yi Feng Group, and Cultural Creativity Award was won by Painter He Junhui and Design Director Luo Zhaohui of the Group.

Chen Guohua, Vice President of Ding Yi Feng Group, announced the winner list of Model Collective Award, Cultural Creativity Award and Chengming Award.

The names of three awards had profound traditional cultural connotations. The names of these three awards were Chengming, Jianling and Chongde. Chengming meant “upright and outstanding”, corresponding to “Outstanding Staff Award”; Jianling meant “strategically situated”, corresponding to “Outstanding Management Award”; Chongde meant “requite contributions and value virtue”, corresponding to “Outstanding Contribution Award”. These three awards reflected the noble character and virtue advocated by Ding Yi Feng Group and its enterprise culture of encouraging hard work. These three awards were the recognition of winners’ earnest practice of Ding Yi Feng’s enterprise culture and their outstanding contributions to the Group.

This year there were 11 winners of Chongde Award, 22 winners of Jianling Award and 69 winners of Chengming Award. Tens of thousands of guests at the scene witnessed such honor and movement. Where there are pains, there are gains. All the award-winning elites were the exemplars of practising Ding Yi Feng Group’s enterprise spirit of “selfless, altruism, dedication and trustworthiness”. It was due to the joint efforts of everyone that Ding Yi Feng yielded unusually brilliant results.

Great Music with Faintest Notes

Great music has no sound, joy or ear.

In this section, over ten carefully prepared programs were unfolded slowly on the stage full of traditional cultural connotations. Five thousand years of Chinese culture and civilization, the spirit and vitality of contemporary China, and the enterprise spirit and glorious future of Ding Yi Feng were concentrated and displayed in front of the world at this carnival.

The atmosphere at scene was full of joy. The program reflected the harmony among the guests in the hall and mutual respect and harmony between guests and owner.

The program Tao performed by Ma Xiaoqiu affectionately pushed the atmosphere at scene to climax. This program adopted new form. It consisted of Cloud-Reaching Laugh, Rap of Tao Te Ching and Believe Yourself. Ma Xiaoqiu changed clothes three times on the stage and aroused thunderous applause on the spot. Ma Xiaoqiu said that such a program did not stick to the traditional way of expression and told audience that Tao could always be in mind although its expression form could be different. Such program fully depicted the spirit of the people of Ding Yi Feng, i.e. courageously first self-confident and calm.

The song Unstained, a duet sung by Mr. Wang Mengtao (Vice President of Ding Yi Feng and Chairman of Zhichong Culture) displayed the noble character of the Group’s working team, i.e. “unwilling to be stained by right and wrong” and “only willing to live without regret for the rest of life”.

Programs prepared by staff carefully were presented in front of audience at high quality on the stage that changed irregularly like floating clouds and flowing water, such as the classical dance Beauty near Luo River, acrobatics Rising Step By Step, dance accompanied with Beijing opera: Ode to the Pear Tree, group dance The Infinite, male group dance Wind Forest & Fire Mountain as well as male-female duet Spring Blossoms.

Artistic elements representing China such as traditional opera and acrobatics were integrated; the core of chivalrous spirit of China such as benevolence and righteousness were incorporated; all those symbols that implied peaceful and beautiful in traditional Chinese culture such as plum blossom and lotus were artistically displayed. These programs profoundly illustrated the grand atmosphere of Chinese ritual music and the culture of Ding Yi Feng. In the following development process, Ding Yi Feng will proceed from this annual carnival, enter the center of world stage, move toward its own millennium goal and continue to interpret its magical development road!

本場引爆全場的節目當屬由馬小秋傾情演繹的《道》，這個節目以全新的形式，由《淩雲一笑》、《道德經》Rap、《相信自己》串燒而成，馬小秋在舞臺上三次換裝，現場掌聲雷動。馬小秋表示，這樣一個節目用不拘泥於傳統的表達方式，告訴”道“雖表現形式不同，但一直都在心中，這個節目把鼎益豐人奮勇爭先、自信從容的精神狀態表現的淋漓盡致。
