斗转星移四季新，草青草黄又一春。时间过的很快，鼎益丰集团从2013年末开始注资天鼎，全面规划长白山文化项目，天鼎从此发生了巨大的变化。今年是天鼎集团与鼎益丰结缘的第六个年头，闭上眼睛，回想这一路走来的历程，往事就如电影的片断一样在我的脑海闪现，感动着我，激励着我。

六年来，我既取得了事业上的收获，又赢得了人生的成长。此刻，我想将这六年的心路历程与您分享。

一、初想识，满怀信心

我清楚地记得，我的父亲是从2006年开始规划建庙的事情，2007年农历六月十九正式开工建设，前期一切顺利，但随着工程预算的不断增加，材料、人工成本成倍增加，政府答应的贷款也迟迟没有到位，到2013年就几乎运转不动了，于是开始拖欠工程款、材料款。人都是这样，当你好的时候，谁也不怕你还不上，可一旦你出现风险，债主全都跑上门来催款，说句不好听的，真的是门槛子都快被踏破了。

“我是在建庙，是做善事，你们不用担心，我们慢慢就会好起来，你们的钱我都会还清的”，面对要债人带来的恶狠狠的小地痞，我父亲还是慢条斯理地和他们讲道理。“别那么多废话，拿钱我们走人，没有钱谁也别想走”，凶神恶煞的讨债人不依不饶。那时的我，一面担心他们伤害我的父亲，一面心里打鼓，欠人家这么多钱，什么时候能还上啊！

有一句老话说的好，“善者神扶，仁者道助”，也许就是这个道理吧。直到有一天，我的父亲打电话回来说：“金宏，咱们有救了，深圳这家公司和我面谈了，公司领导是一位仁者，听我说没有回去的路费，人家先给了我50万。”听到父亲激动的声音，我的泪水唰一下就流下来了，就像黑暗里亮起一盏明灯，四周一片光明。后来才知道，那就是我们可敬可亲的隋主席，在我父亲连从深圳回家的路费都没有，一家老小没钱过年的时候，直接打钱给我的父亲，这件事我一辈子都不会忘记。

那年的12月26日，长白山大雪纷飞，道路冰雪覆盖，隋主席和马总不畏严寒第一次来到天鼎。随后，战略合作协议达成，鼎益丰全面介入长白山历史文化园开发项目，一笔笔巨款汇入公司，一项项工程逐渐完工，直到现在公司全部走上正规，天鼎终于得救了，我父亲的梦想实现了，我也满怀信心，积蓄力量，开启人生之航。

二、久相知，无限感恩

我记得在公司的一次大会上，隋主席说过（天鼎走到今天）要感谢两个女人，一个是我的母亲，一个就是我陈金宏。我觉得我一个弱女子，作为一个女儿，我只是做了应该做的事情，真正应当感谢的是我的母亲，是母亲在背后默默地支持着我的父亲，是母亲在家里辛苦的操持家务，关照着我和弟弟的成长，是母亲在债主逼债时摘下手上的镯子去换钱还债。

然而天有不测风云，看到庙没建起来，催债人挤满家门，着急上火的原因，我的母亲病倒了，到医院一检查已是癌症晚期。可是那个时候没有钱去看病，到医院就是拍个片子，抓点止疼药，医生说没有办法了，不可能挽回生命了，看着躺在病床上的母亲，我真是欲哭无泪、心痛不已。

“花多少钱都要医治，不要耽搁了，赶紧去北京吧。”当隋主席和马总得知我的母亲患病无钱医治时，当即付诸行动表示支持。我父亲顿时有了底气，并把这个好消息带给了我们。就这样，我们把母亲送到北京医院治疗，经过将近四年的治疗，母亲渐渐好了起来，直到现在宛如常人，连当时给她看病的大夫都说是个奇迹。

“谁背一筐土，等同一筐金。”有人说是我父亲建庙修塔的功德力挽救了我母亲的生命，而我更感恩有鼎益丰在背后的支持，有隋主席和马总的帮助，在这里，我要对尊敬的隋主席和马总说：“我永远感恩你们。”

三、长相伴，砥砺前行

我记得有这样一句话，“如果说我比别人看的更远些，那是因为我站在了巨人的肩上”，很荣幸我站到了鼎益丰的的高地上，是鼎益丰为我提供了广阔的人生舞台。

每一次到深圳，隋主席和马总亲和的笑容、殷切的鼓励，让我如沐春风、信心百倍。他们说过的每一句鼓励的话，都让我感悟良多。“你的工作不是要让我满意，而是能够令你自己满意”，的确，只有自己才知道自己是不是在最佳的工作状态当中，也只有当自己满意自己的工作成果时，才有可能到达成功的彼岸。

真善美是人性永恒的目标，食品是人类最基本的需求，自2016年起，天鼎开始布局建设生态园。我作为项目的负责人，更觉得重任在肩，不懂的地方就多问有经验的师傅，需要人工的地方就身体力行、带头下地干活。我愿成为一个新时代的农夫，把绿色的食品带给大家。我始终相信，一个努力的人，所有的苦都暗含着幸福。“良心做精品，诚信出效益”，我也把鼎益丰“无我、利他、专一、守信”的精神融入到生态园经营过程中去。现在，生态园逐步走上正轨，正待瓜果飘香时。

六年来，我从点点滴滴做起，认真领悟隋主席和马总的分享，学习鼎益丰的企业文化，学习鼎益丰的管理制度。到现在，我已经能够熟练各种业务，合理安排公司的大小事物，工作起来已是得心应手、游刃有余。我要感谢隋主席，感谢马总，感谢鼎益丰的领导和同事们！

同奋斗，共明天，2018年是我与鼎益丰结缘的第6个年头，与鼎益丰相伴是我的福气，这份相伴平实而又有力量，我愿与鼎益丰长久相伴。在以后的日子里，我会心存感恩，砥砺前行。

Four seasons change with the passage of time; another spring has passed as grass turns green and then yellow again. Time really flies! Great changes has happened to Tianding since Ding Yifeng began to invest in Tianding by the close of 2013 and developed overall planning of Changbai Mountain Cultural Project. This year is the sixth anniversary of Tianding Group becoming attached to Ding Yifeng. When I close my eyes and recall the past journey, previous events flash in my mind like movie clips. I feel touched and inspired by them.

I have gained harvest and growth in terms of both career and life over the past six years. At this moment I want to share with you my soul journey during this period.

1. Full of confidenceat initial acquaintance

I remember clearly that my father started planning to build a temple in 2006 and actual construction began officially on the nineteenth day of the sixth lunar month in 2007. All went well at first, but with the gradual increase of construction budget, material cost and labor cost soon multiplied and loan promised by the government previously was not released yet, therefore work nearly had to be suspended in 2013 and project fund and materials began to be in arrears. People always behaved so. They were not afraid that you were unable to pay off debts when you were in good days while they doubted your repayment ability once you were in distress. All creditors dropped in to press my father for payment of debt. In an impolite manner, they almost wore out the doorstep of our house.

“I’m building a temple. This is a good deed. Don’t worry. We will get better gradually. I will pay off all your money.” In face of the vicious ruffians brought by debt collectors, my father managed to reason with them unhurriedly. “Bullshit, give us money and we go, otherwise nobody can leave unless you give us money.” Intimating and hostile debt collectors took off their gloves. At that time I was afraid that they might hurt my father; on the other hand, I doubted when we could pay off so much money that we owed!

As an old saying goes that “God helps kind-hearted and benevolent people”, these words might really make sense. One day my father called back home and told me, “Jinhong, we’re saved. The company in Shenzhen has talked with me face to face. The company leader is a benevolent person. He offered to give 500,000 yuan firstly after hearing that I didn’t have any money for going back home.” I shed tears immediately after hearing the excited voice of my father. It seemed that a bright lamp had been ignited in darkness and lit up my surroundings. Later I learned that it was our amiable and respectful Chairman Sui who transferred money to my father directly at such moment as my father didn’t have any money for going back home from Shenzhen and our whole family had no money to spend the spring festival. I won’t forget this in my whole life.

Snowflakes fluttered about Changbai Mountain on December 26^th that year, thus road was covered with ice and snow. Chairman Sui and President Ma came to Tianding for the first time under such freezing weather. Subsequently, strategic cooperation agreement was concluded. Ding Yifeng began to get involved in the development of Changbai Mountain Historical and Cultural Park in every aspect. With vast sums of fund transferred to our company, a series of works were completed successively. Now everything of the company becomes quite routine. Finally Tianding was saved and the dream of my father came true. I was also full of confidence, accumulating strength to start my journey of life.

2.Deepestgratitude after long-term acquaintance

I remember that Chairman Sui said at one conference of the company that (the present Tianding) should thank two women, my mother and I (Chen Jinhong) respectively. I think that I, a weak woman, have only done what I’m supposed to do as a daughter. The person that we should really feel grateful to is my mother. It’s my mother who has supported my father silently behind the scenes, handled family affairs at home laboriously, taken care of the growth of me and my younger brother, and taken her bracelet off her wrist in exchange of money for paying off debts when debt collectors urged for repayment.

However, anything unexpected might happen. Our house was crowded with debt collectors while the temple was not built yet. My mother got so worried that she fell ill. However, we had no money for her medical treatment at that time. When we took her to hospital, we could have her take X-ray examination and buy some pain-killing medicines. The doctor said that nothing could be done to save her life. Looking at my sick mother lying at bed, I felt heartbreaking and wanted to cry but no tears.

“She shall receive medical treatment. Money doesn’t matter. Don’t delay any longer. Hurry to Beijing.” When Chairman Sui and President Ma learned that my mother was sick and that we had no money for her medical treatment, they responded immediately and offered to provide support. My father got emboldened right away and told me this piece of good news. Consequently, my mother was taken to Beijing hospital for treatment. After nearly-four-year treatment, my mother got well gradually and nowadays she looks just like a normal person. Even her doctor at that time considered this as miracle.

“A basket of earth carried for building a temple is equal to a basket of gold.” Some people say that it’s the merits and virtues of my father building temple and pagoda that has saved the life of my mother while I feel grateful to Ding Yifeng for its background support and for the help provided by Chairman Sui and President Ma. Hereby I’d like to say to the respectful Chairman Sui and President Ma, “I’m grateful to you forever.”

3. Accompanying forever and forging head

I remember such saying, “if I look farther than others, it’s because I stand on the shoulders of the giant.” It’s a great honor to stand on the highlands of Ding Yifeng. It is Ding Yifeng that provides me with a broad stage of life.

Every time I come to Shenzhen and meet with Chairman Sui and President Ma, their warm smile and ardent encouragement seem spring breeze to me and make me full of confidence. All the encouraging words they said cast me into deep thought. “Your job shall not be satisfactory to me but to yourself.” Indeed, only I know whether I’m in the best working state and only when I’m satisfied with my work myself can I achieve success.

Truth, goodness and beauty are the eternal goals of human nature; food is the most basic human demand. Tianding began to plan and construct ecological park in 2016. As the project leader, I felt that I shouldered heavy task. I enquired experience workers once I had any doubt. I also took the lead to do field work in places where labor was required. I’m willing to turn into a farmer in the new era and bringing green food to everyone. I always believe that all the sufferings of a hardworking person have implications for happiness. “Nurturing boutiques with conscience & making profits via integrity”, I also apply the spirit of Ding Yifeng – “selflessness, altruism, dedication & trustworthiness” to the operation of ecological park. Nowadays the ecological park is gradually on the right track, just waiting for harvest.

Over the past six years, I started from trivial issues, comprehended the sharing by Chairman Sui and President Ma carefully, learned the enterprise culture of Ding Yifeng and studied the management system of Ding Yifeng. Up to now I’m already familiar with various businesses. I can arrange all kinds of company affairs reasonably and work with proficiency and ease. I want to express my gratitude to Chairman Sui, President Ma and the leaders and colleagues of Ding Yifeng!

We strive together for tomorrow. 2018 is the sixth anniversary for me to become attached to Ding Yifeng. It’s my blessing for me to get attached to Ding Yifeng. Such attachment is plain and powerful. I wish that I could get attached to Ding Yifeng forever. In the days to come, I will be grateful and forge ahead.

Grass grows long only after its bud breaks the ground; pupa turns into butterfly only after it breaks cocoon. Let’s bless Ding Yifeng together. Let’s cheer for Ding Yifeng and bless our career, our tomorrow and our future to be better!
